Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Teams bei allgemeinen Bürotätigkeiten
  • Interne und externe Korrespondenz (E-Mail, Briefverkehr,…) in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Organisieren des Ablaufs innerhalb der Sustaining Projekte
  • Planung und Organisation von Meetings, Telefon- und Online Konferenzen
  • Verwalten von Dokumentation (DIS, CER, PCN, etc…)
  • Erstellen von diversen Übersichtslisten und deren kontinuierliche Nachverfolgung
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen in PowerPoint für interne und externe Zwecke
  • Planung und Organisation von Dienstreisen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Meetings
  • Erstellung von Bedarfsanforderungen in SAP

                                                                                                                             

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Loyalität, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, SAP und MS Project
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
