Job Overview

Our international trainee program offers ambitious graduates an interesting career entry with excellent perspectives:

• Join a 24 months long program with challenging assignments in various European locations and business areas

• Gain broad exposure to Procurement through project work and hands-on experiences

• Look forward to  transition into a Procurement role across TE at the conclusion of the program


  • Assignments in different areas of Procurement and opportunities to get insight into related functions like

  • Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Sales or Engineering

  • Project assignments may include:

    • Preparation of workshops or negotiations at suppliers

    • Preparation of Cost Analysis, Requests for Quotes, quote analysis and development of sourcing recommendations

  • Deep dive into Process optimization

  • Follow-up with suppliers on compliance requirements


University Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain, Business

  • Engineering or a related discipline

  • Excellent academic records

  • Fluency in English and at least conversational skills in one additional language

  • Analytical, energetic self starter

  • Mobility and flexibility to work abroad, primarily in Europe

  • Demonstrated leadership potential and first experiences in procurement through job or internship

  • First relevant work experience or career starter
