Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

-  Intensive communication with the international internal customers, mainly in English
Ø Partial communication with external international customers
Ø Handling of all Technical questions from external customers and ensuring a fast response to customers feedback/questions

- Handling of distribution of PCN (Product Change Notification) to external customers and ensuring a fast response to customers feedback/questions

Ø Reading and Analyzing Technical documentation

- Reading and Analyzing all types of Drawings

- Project Management Support

- Knowledge on Automotive Requirements

- Regular Follow up on Project Deliverables
Ø Support on Schedule Changes in Project

-  Support on Purchase Requisition

- Support on critical Sample Process

Ø Responsibility of Customer Portals for Sales related tasks

- Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFI (Request for Inquiry)

- Updating prices as per the requests

- Handling Internal Orders

- Analyzing on Assembly lines of the Product

- Reading and Analyzing on BOM (Bill of Material)
Ø Support of Product Management related tasks
Ø Responsibility of high quality & on time delivery
Ø Ensuring a strict following of Standard Work Instructions
Ø Ensuring a constant usage of Leader Standard Work
Ø SharePoint tools and Reports with daily updates
Ø Ensuring to participate in all kind of trainings that are offered
Ø Support the onboarding of new joiners and secure a robust knowledge transfer
Ø Fully supporting all TEOA initiatives according Star Level requirements
Ø Supporting continuous improvement projects with active participation
Ø Participate in all kind of team initiatives/programs

Desired profile

Educational Degree:  Bachelors of Engineering (BE) / BTECH

 

Professional Experience: 

2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or any Sales environment or engineering related role
Ø Project Management and project follow-up experience
Ø Knowledge on Six Sigma tools and Kaizen (Added advantage)

 

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

 

PC knowledges in SAP, MS Office, Access, SharePoint, Project Management Tools
Ø Very good written & verbal English language skills

- Knowledge on complex Production Process
