Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Accounting Teams develop, implement and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

Role: Payroll + Fixed Assets Accouting

Payroll + MBA (FINANCE)

Handling Payroll for all TE India entities which consist of around 2500+ Employees. Working with Payroll Lead person. Managing Compliance related to Payroll.

 Handling Fixed Assets in SAP with Investment Module.

 Handling Fixed Assets in SAP, Investment module, Review of Capital Expenditure Request, and Review of Capital work in progress and timely Capitalization in line Company policies


  • Handling Payroll for all 3 to 4 TE India Companies and working with Payroll Lead Person from Finance.
  • Managing all Payroll related activities Like, Income Tax computation, Managing Proof of Investments, issuance of Form 16 etc. Take care of Statutory Compliance matters related to Payroll.
  • Posting Salary Journal Vouchers like Payroll Expense, PF, ESI and related accruals in SAP.
  • Provide monthly Payroll variance analysis to Management.
  • Handling Fixed in SAP with Investment module.
  • Review of Capital Expenditure Request in line with TE applicable Polices.
  • Review of Capital work in progress, follow-up and co-ordination with Internal Stake holders for timely Capitalization in line Company policies.
  • Provide details and Co-ordination to Statutory Audit and TE Internal Audits for responsible areas. Ensure Zero Errors and Compliance for responsible areas

Desirable Candidate:

  • Minimum qualification - M.B.A - Finance(Mandatory)
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Payroll with good knowledge on payroll related matters / Compliance.
  • Minimum 1 year Experience in Fixed Assets Management in SAP.
  • Good Knowledge of SAP and Accounting Knowledge.
