Job Overview

TE Connectivity has a robust and active global social media community.  We are looking to grow and engage our online community and leverage social media as a core demand generation engine for our businesses. This Social Media Analyst is responsible for helping our eleven business units develop and oversee the execution of strategic social media (paid/organic) initiatives, including developing and managing marketing campaigns, integrating social media into the overall business strategy, and interpret social media and online data. He/She will be the day-to-day business unit liaison for content creation and reporting, monitor inbound engagements and conversations on social media platforms, and work collaboratively with our marketing teams to help them leverage social media to reach their demand generation targets.  He/She will also help uncover cross-business unit opportunities via campaigns and programs targeted at new customer growth.

This person will help with training and adoption of TE’s social tool (Spinklr) and work collaboratively with our global teams to ensure brand consistency across our social campaigns. Also, this person helps support the social media team on brand programs and community management.  This role reports to the Director of Brand.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and results-oriented, have excellent analytical & communication skills, and be a team player. This person should demonstrate experience in providing marketing and communications counsel, and brand reputation management.

This position is based in Berwyn, PA.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with business unit social teams to provide expertise and guidance on creation of content for TE’s social channels. Includes supporting content creation, paid advertising and reporting.
  • Continuously monitors and engages with our audience on all social platforms.
    • Document and communicate issues, questions, opportunities, insights to appropriate departments and teams.
    •  Work with strategist and agency to identify potential influencers
  • Provide ongoing metrics, feedback and recommendations based on community behavior
  • Help create content for brand and growth marketing campaigns on TE owned platforms (campaign landing pages, email)
  • Helps drive adoption and support of social management tools like Sprinklr.
  • Complete other duties as assigned to meet team and company goals.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, social media-focused required.
  • Skilled writer and communicator with experience creating & writing marketing content.
  • Experience with brand reputation management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe marketing tools.
  • Experience with Sprinklr preferred.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability & willingness to learn online platforms and skills.
