Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts. The role of Supervisor Connected Sales combines a Customer Service and Sales resource to ensure to win new customers by providing best possible Service and Support to them.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4-8 employees
  • Identify potential new customers in cooperation with Sales and Marketing
  • Active lead follow-up
  • Turn leads into business
  • Ensure daily KPI tracking incl. corrective actions
  • Drive actions to identify net new customers
  • Implement and drive Continuous improvement in the team
  • Develop new sales channels to identify customers and increase revenue
  • Strategic decision making

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Electronics / vehicle technology / Engineering or other technical stream
  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service or field sales preferably in Automotive industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team leading role
  • System knowledge in SAP, MS Office, SalesForce.com, TED
  • Mentality of “Customer First”
  • Strong communication skills
