Ihre Aufgaben:

Führung der Mitarbeitenden in der Abteilung ME Assembly am Standort Wört
Weiterführung und Unterstützung der Transformation zu einer effizienten Valuestream-Organisation
Sicherstellung des Entwicklungs- und Umsetzungsprozesses von Produktionsanlagen und Automatisierungslösungen u. a.:
- Konzept- und Kalkulationserstellung in Kooperation mit Projektmanagement / NPI
- Sicherstellung der Produkt-Herstellbarkeit (DFM) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung sowie den Fachabteilungen Einkauf und Werkzeugbau
- Verringerung der Produkteinführungszeit (Time to Market)
- Vorantreiben von Initiativen zur Produktivitätssteigerung, Materialeinsparung und Kostenreduzierung
- Risiko- und Kostenminimierung
Mitarbeiterführung, -förderung und -entwicklung sowie Ressourcenplanung und Kostenverantwortung für die verschiedenen Teams
Unterstützung des Bereiches Center of Excellence
Aufbau / Ausbau eines Robotikbereiches innerhalb ME Assembly
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des ME-Standorts in Indien: Capabilities und Capacities
Unterstützung des Bereiches Center of Excellence

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Masterstudium bzw. Ingenieurstudium
5+ Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Engineering und Prozessoptimierung
3+ Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition
Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Technischen Konzepten und Maschinen / Werkzeugen
Six Sigma Ausbildung vorteilhaft
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Reisebereitschaft 25%
