IT OPERATIONS ANALYST
Job Overview
Tasks and Responsibilities
As an IT Operations Analyst, You will mainly :
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Centre’s various infrastructure systems, provide first line technical support for end-user’s computer hardware and software, and printers and their network connectivity.
• Provide technical support to regional office IT staff in diagnostics, troubleshooting and analyzing issues associated with information systems, connectivity, security, and backup or system hardware within the Regional Offices.
• Provide technical support for the daily operations of the corporate information systems servers, network infrastructure, system appliances, housed applications and operating systems software to ensure system availability, reliability and performance.
• Monitor systems for availability, capacity and performance.
• Assist in Critical Incident and Change Management SLA’s with Service Provider.
• Participate in the IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan.
• Lead projects based on IT initiatives. Ownership of key tasks/milestones to achieve a successful implementation/closure.
• Take over and support the IT procurement and assets management activities while Ensuring that asset management and hardware inventory standards are adhered to.
• First IT contact with Business.
• Collect and Analyze business requirements and customer needs.
• Ensure IT compliance policy and IT procedure & WI are properly set.
• Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with computing equipment, mobile phones and application software.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Hold meetings to ensure the day to days activities and IT project alignment.

• 2-3 years of similar experience.
• Excellent team player with strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Windows & Microsoft based systems knowledge.
• Capability to interact with customers with problem analysis.
• Experienced knowledge of Networks and IT infrastructure.
