TE Connectivity 的制造工程团队是冲压、模制或组装相关主题的工艺领导者，确保工艺以最佳的质量和 输出水平运行。他们是模具加工、机械加工和组装技术领域的专家，拥有广泛的相关制造工艺知识，其中可能包括制造环境内的冲压/成型/组装或其他工艺的优化和标准化。制造工程团队支持 TE 事业部的工厂达到 TE 运营优势 (TEOA) 的要求，推广卓越中心 (COE)、最佳演示做法 (BDP)，并就工具和机械的复制/更正/改进提供 建议。他们设计和开发制造工艺及自动化平台，并将其应用于实现新产品开发以及优化已投产的现有产品。这些团队还支持产品开发人员选择和优化零件生产工具，以及针对计划的制造数量、质量要求和制造地点选择最合适的制造概念。他们充当工程与生产之间的界面，确保新设计的可制造性和生产的稳步推进，以及支持研发团队生产制造设备样机、产品样品和原型。

岗位职责与任职要求

Key Responsibilities/Objectives
1.    Responsible for formulating annual equipment electrical renovation, electrical maintenance and repair plans for the department, developing equipment operating procedures, equipment operation manuals, TPM maintenance plans and standards.  负责制定本部门年度设备电气改造、电气维护和维修计划，制定设备操作规程，设备作业指导书和TPM维护计划和维护标准；
2.    Implement the department's annual equipment renovation and maintenance plan to ensure the normal operation of the department's equipment; Responsible for organizing, archiving, and backing up technical drawings, data, and program software. 落实本部门年度设备改造、维护保养计划，确保本部门设备正常运行；负责技术图纸，资料，程序软件的整理和存档备份工作。
3.    Establish equipment accounts and corresponding transformation, maintenance and repair records as required. 
按要求建立设备台帐和相应的改造、维护和维修记录。
4.    Based on project, trial production, and production needs, carry out equipment renovation selection and design renovation plans, implement electrical hardware development of equipment, and program writing and debugging of PLC.
根据项目、试生产和生产需要，进行设备改造选型和设计改造方案，落实设备的电气硬件开发和PLC的程序编写和调试；
5.    Responsible for electrical debugging and modification of equipment required for product production and pre production trial production, able to independently draw electrical schematic diagrams, electrical wiring diagrams, timing and other work, and able to independently complete electrical debugging work.
 负责产品生产和生产前试生产所需设备的电气调试和改造，能独立绘制电气原理图，电气接线图，时序等工作，并能独立完成电气调试工作。
6.    Be responsible for regular safety inspection of Department equipment, meet system requirements and ensure safe production.
 负责部门设备的定期安全检查，满足安全要求，确保安全生产；
7.    Be responsible for the statistics of vulnerable and consumable parts and other materials of equipment and the control of spare parts to reduce production costs and ensure normal production.
负责电气设备易损件及其他材料的统计和控制，降低生产成本，保证正常生产；
8.    Be responsible for guiding and improving the operation and maintenance skills of front-line employees to make them proficient and improve production efficiency.
负责指导和提高一线员工的电气操作和维修技能，使其熟练，提高生产效率；
9.    Be responsible for the management, use and basic TPM maintenance of on-site equipment to ensure the integrity of the equipment.
负责现场设备的管理、使用和TPM维护，确保设备的完整性；
10.    Evaluate and/or analyze unique problems with equipment, troubleshoot equipment failures and repair as needed. 
评估和分析设备的独特问题，排除设备电气故障并根据需要进行维修。
11.    Propose renovation and optimization plans for existing equipment, and transform and reuse idle equipment to reduce costs and improve efficiency. 
对现有设备提出改造优化方案，对闲置设备进行改造再利用，以降低成本并提高效率。
12.    Write device programs based on device actions, including programs for programmable devices such as PLCs, robotic arms, and servos.
根据设备动作编写设备程序，包括PLC,机械手，伺服等可编程设备的程序。
13. Participate in the review and control of electrical design in the development of new equipment in the factory, and participate in the formulation of electrical system design standard documents for the factory assembly production line.参加工厂新进设备开发中关于电气设计部分的评审把关关，参与工厂组装生产线电气系统设计标准文件的制定
14.    Other work assigned by management. 管理层交办的其他工作。
