Job Overview

As the Senior Manager for Revenue Operations at TE Connectivity, you will lead a dynamic and cross-functional team dedicated to driving and supporting sales and customer growth across the Channel organization. You will prioritize team development and foster an environment conducive to innovation. Your role involves overseeing the development of sales projects, managing global sales incentive plans, deploying strategic pillars, analyzing market intelligence, and driving efficiency in sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytics skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and understand both detailed workings and larger strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
•    Prioritize team development and foster cross-functional collaboration.
•    Establish consistent processes and talent across all three global regions.
•    Manage and support diverse objectives including:
•    Lead cross-functional teams with strong communication and cooperation skills.
•    Make ethical decisions that uphold the organization's values and reputation.
•    Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions, forecast revenues, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
•    Foster cross-functional collaboration among marketing, sales, finance, and customer success teams to achieve common objectives.
•    Streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and enhance operational efficiency within Revenue Operations.
•    Demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
•    Develop long-term strategies, aligning operational activities with company revenue goals.
•    Evaluate and implement tools and systems that streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance productivity.
•    Adapt to new technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
•    Identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to optimize revenue generation.
•    Supporting inventory, backlog, bookings, and asset management with distributors globally.
•    Collaborate with sales, finance, IT, and operations leaders to develop actionable solutions for metrics, acquisitions, special business unit programs, and asset management.
•    Deep understanding of customer journey, sales funnels, and marketing strategies.
•    Collaborate with quality, supply chain, analytics, and inside sales teams to enhance distributor experience by improving transparency and accuracy of information sharing.
 

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, analytics, or related field.
•    Proven experience in revenue operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
•    Encouraging mindset and passion for leading people and problem-solving.
•    Strong leadership and executive communication skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and maintaining team morale.
•    Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
•    Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to ethical decision-making.
•    Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
•    Understanding of electronics components distribution and sales market trends.
•    Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams, with flexibility to adapt to diverse cultures, work styles, and time zones.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $145,680-218,520 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
