Job Overview

TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.

Position Summary
Diagnoses talent management needs, recommends, develops, and implements talent solutions for Leadership Development, Talent Review, Engagement & Inclusion, Organizational Effectiveness, and overall Employee Experience.

 

Key Responsibilities include:
• Be an active member in the global Talent Management team. Bring expertise & fresh perspectives, share best practices, and provide regional inputs to enterprise-wide talent management strategies and where applicable, drive consistency across businesses, functions, regions, or enterprise.
• Partner with HR and business as internal consultant on the talent agenda, leveraging global framework with regional nuance to provide talent solutions to drive organization effectiveness and talent initiatives.
• Contribute to shape and implement regional talent solutions to develop priority workforce in line with current and future business objectives and requirements.
• Manage the deployment and/or facilitation of Leadership learning programs across region, and to monitor the execution progress based on global learning strategy.
• Champion and build manager capability to have great career conversations and develop diversified 702010 development approaches (e.g., coaching, mentoring, buddy, rotation & etc.)
• Act as a change agent and role model to drive technology and modern approaches to enable the transformation of learning and development experience for TE people.
• Support to increase capability to deploy people & culture processes, including employee engagement, culture initiatives, inclusion & diversity.
• Support HR leaders in the capability build and team development of HR function.
• Facilitate trainings and workshops.
• Other HR projects/ tasks assigned.

 

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Typically requires 8+ years TD working experience in sizable MNC or cross-culture environment.
• Expertise in training delivery as well as workshop facilitation is needed.
• Passionate and up-to-date understanding of Talent processes and practices.
• Hands-on program experiences in Leadership Learning, Performance Management, Talent Development, Culture Transformation, Inclusion & Diversity, and Employee Experience.
• Experiences in Talent Assessment, Internal Marketplace and/or LxP is strongly preferred.
• Proven project management skill is required.
• Fast and agile learner with data mindset. Have a high level of interpersonal skills, process orientated.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Travel as business needs
