岗位职责与任职要求
Responsibilities
Work close with sales team, monthly following Won/Bidding/Lost projects, ensure the TERP hit rate according to the monthly/yearly target aligned. Work out monthly KPI / Operation reports to reflect the actual & gap finding.
Automotive Application study summary & actions follow-up, build business development tracking mode together with sales/industry manager.
Responsible for Sales Team Annual Budget planning & goal setting based on sales structure. Cascaded the goal to the team by methodology way. Providing analysis supporting sales manager’s decision & business strategy.
Other business analysis & PPT reports needed for sales team, no limited to 5 years plan, Product Line, Customer management.
Coordinator in sales team digital transfer in data base.
Admin support to meeting/activities arrangement, purchasing if any.
Experience
2-5 years relevant experience in business analysis or above.
Auto field working experience is highly preferred.
Have experience in organize team activity, coordinate the daily task.
Logistic thinking, detail-oriented, good analytical skills, and expert in Excel.
Strong business sense & result driven. Able to work independently under pressure.
Accountable, Integrity, self-motivated and Teamwork member;
Proficient in written and oral English, good communication skills.
Power BI/Tableau would be a plus
PPT skill is necessary for related business analysis report.
Knowledge in Automotive Applications would be preferred.
