- Process Injection Molding.
- Follow up daily defective rate.
- Follow up corrective actions is implemented correctly as up dated SOP/Work Instruction.
- Report abnormal issues to direct superior and person in charge for improvement.
- Check set-up process activity such as machine material and mould/die.
- Check and guide operators perform duties as per Work Instruction
Responsibilities:
- Carry out mould set up and down mould.
- Perform daily mould and machine maintenance.
- Assist in repair and trouble shooting of mould and machine.
- Replace moulding supervisor during their absent.
- Feedback mould and machine related problems to supervisor.
- Ensure good housekeeping in responsible area.
- Provide work guidance to new staff.
- Responsible to prepare " Mould Record" for new mould and updating it.
- Ensure optimal mould condition and proper starage.
- Ensure part produced meets requirement and in spec all the time. Change of parameter setting, if required must be recorded.
- Any other assignment as required by supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
· at least 5 years of experience in the configuration of injection machines.
