Job description:
- Supplier Portfolio development as key element to enable TE Connectivity´s Strategic development
- Supplier Management to enable Supplier Partnering especially in tight and volatile demand situations
- Cost Management for YoY Productivity to support TE Connectivity Margin commitment
- Multi year commodity strategy in line with company strategy
- Team development for constantly increasing efficiency and capability of cross European Team
- Cross functional and cross regional coordination to exceed established goals
- Commodity - cable and electronics
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree.
- Min. 5 years professional experience in a procurement role
- Solid experience in remote leadership across different locations
- Automotive experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- English on business level, additional language skills are an asset
