MGR I SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT
Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.
<Overview>
The Operation Excellence Manager is responsible for Sales Process management, centralized sales operation, process digitalization and risk management.
Key Tasks:
- Process management, which is to manage overall processes in sales operation to align with company rules and compliance.
- Provide training to new staff on the operation process
- Centralized operation, which is including FOC application,
- Contract management
- Digitalization of processes.
- Risk management, which is including order check, VMI CMI self-assessment, Tooling contribution tracking etc.

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all related functions.
- Strong management ability to drive process execution and also find weak point of existing process .
- Good at time management and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner; Capable of adapting to new requirements/systems.
- Open for challenge and able to sustain high pressure.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to drive continuous improvement into processes.
<Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:>
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Over 3 years working experience in BA or CS, or Sales Operation related functions.
- Working knowledge of Automotive Ind/manufacturing/Customer service/BA/Sales/supply chain/planning operations.
- Fluent Japanese and English (Chinese skill would be good plus).
- Flexibility to support global collaboration
Preferred:
- Customer service or Sales related experience in Automotive industry.
- Experience with SAP software.
- Good at Process or workflow designation
