Job Overview

As a Senior Digital Business Analyst, supporting the Digital Sales & Marketing Teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration, optimization, and effective utilization of enterprise systems to drive our digital sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate comes with previous ecommerce experience and is a strategic thinker, a proactive problem solver, and possesses a deep understanding of both technology and business processes within the manufacturing and sales domains.

Primary Responsibilities: 
•    Collaborate closely with the Digital Sales & Marketing leadership to understand their technology needs, objectives, and challenges.
•    Lead the analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise systems that supports eCommerce, digital sales, and digital marketing strategies.
•    Evaluate, select, and manage the implementation of software solutions, including B2B and B2C Commerce solutions. 
•    Act as the subject matter expert for eCommerce and marketing technology platforms, providing guidance and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and other business units, to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects.
•    Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
•    Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business goals.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the digital sales and marketing workflows, leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency and customer engagement.
•    Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of digital sales and marketing systems with other enterprise applications, such as ERP and BI systems.
•    Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the eCommerce user interface and enhance the overall customer journey.
•    Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvements.
•    Conduct regular training sessions for digital sales and marketing teams to ensure they are effectively utilizing the technology tools and platforms.
•    Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to address technical challenges in a timely manner.
•    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the digital sales and marketing technology landscape.

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
•    Proven experience (8+ years) in enterprise systems analysis, with a focus on supporting digital sales and marketing teams in a manufacturing environment.
•    Experience with ecommerce web systems and digital marketing analytics platforms.
•    Project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex technology projects from inception to completion.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving issues.
•    Strong agile methodology background with Jira knowledge.
•    Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and sales operations is a plus.
•    Relevant certifications on Business Analysis (ECBA or CCBA or CBAP ) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable.
 Preferred:
•    Experience with Adobe Experience platform, Hybris eCommerce Platform, Search technologies (Endeca), CRM (SalesForce.com), Eloqua (Marketing Automation Platform), Adobe & Google Web Analytics and SEO solutions; CRM (SalesForce.com) or comparable solutions
•    Awareness of Enterprise ERP, Engineering, PIM, CDP, and their impact on and Customer Experience Capabilities
•    Solid understanding of Data and Analytics to drive Sales and Marketing Capabilities influenced with Insights.
•    Manufacturing and/or engineering industry experience preferred.
•    Experience partnering with offshore delivery teams.
•    Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
•    Self-starter, who is keen on solving problems and is attracted by technical challenges.
•    Flexible team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $93,280- 139,920 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
