HR Regional Partner
Job Overview
• Proactively drive effective HR solutions for client groups comprised Engineers, Product Managers and Manufacturing professionals.
• Understand business cycles and talent needs of the organization to develop human capital strategies to build the capability of the workforce to meet business goals.
• Support recruiting and staffing initiatives, counsel managers in final selections and compensation; Consult with leaders for talent planning and career development.
• Facilitate HR and Organizational Development training resources to local Managers to assist them in developing their people management skills.
• Work with the HR on compensation and benefits management, payroll and salary administration.
• Understand the Business Unit strategies and align HR priorities to them while balancing other functional HR priorities.
• Foster a climate of positive and productive employee relations
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and implement tools and metrics to support execution and monitoring.
• Act as a change agent and role model to drive technology and modern approaches to enable the transformation of learning and development experience for TE people
• Support to increase capability to deploy people & culture processes, including employee engagement, culture initiatives, inclusion & diversity
• Work closely with value stream managers for developing an operations training model and provide professional support in implementation and facilitate the evaluation of training effectiveness related to department
• Ensure all employees have an effective orientation and appropriate assimilation
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources is mandatory
• Relevant years of experience in HR generalist experience within a manufacturing organisation
• Experience working in and influencing in a cross-functional global environment.
• Experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies.
• Substantial knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices,
• Continuous improvement mindset to support service to the business and the local HR team.
• Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally
• Excellent communicator, facilitator, presenter
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
