工作概况

TE Connectivity 的制造和工艺开发工程团队在 LEANPD 驱动的新产品开发项目，推动现有制造技术 和方法的优化，以及努力实施新制造技术以改进工艺和容错控制等方面发挥重大影响。他们充当产品开发与制造工程之间的粘合剂，确保此关键界面的效果和效率。他们通过实现工具/产品/原型样品，支持产品开发人员优化设计和零件的可制造性。他们还设计、开发和鉴定工具和工艺，以满足 TE 的质量和生产标准；在适用的 TE系统中记录所有工艺和工具； 支持供应链验证供应商的合规性和能力；启动和实施计划，持续改进质量、成本和周期时间以及遵从所有适用的规范、法规要求和客户要求。

岗位职责与任职要求

High speed cable taping process development, need to independently make samples and qualify the tooling/product.
Must have the ability of independent analysis and report making, actively improve the process and reduce scrap. 
Supporting the migration and duplication of Bulk Cable process.(China→Foreign country)
Assist project engineer to achieve the targets, so as to successfully introduce new product into mass production.

Taping Process Including Equipment/Tooling Development for NPI
Develop Bulk Cable advanced process technology in order to effectively support production and new cable business development. 

Sample Making Program Monitor
Monitor sample making program and solve technical issues in order to effectively support production and new cable business development. 

Cost Saving Project Implement
Implement cost saving project in order to effectively support production and new cable business development.
