Channel Sales Enablement Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Analyze sales and marketing initiatives effectiveness at achieving business goals. (AFG Activation, Sales Pilots, Marketing Campaigns, ect.)
  • Identify and generate data-driven insights needed to improve business & marketing performance.
  • Leverage insights to propose customer segmentation, targeting & marketing effectiveness improvements.
  • Utilize various tools (AWS, Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx) to join disparate data sources together to create robust insights.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to gather, analyze and report out on insights.
  • Create and distribute dashboards and performance reports.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analyses and performance reports as needed.
  • Seek and apply best practices to improve overall effectiveness and efficiencies, providing a framework to improve the path-to-success, return on investment and results.
  • Bring innovation and operational efficiencies to existing and new processes.
  • Seek and respond to Voice-of-Customer (VOC) to understand and act on underlying needs & issues.

 

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 5+ years data analysts supporting sales and/or marketing roles
  • Advanced analytics and Excel skills required to develop reporting.
  • Experience in the electronics industry (Preferred)
  • Digital Marketing experience (Preferred)
